Note: All Cisco, D-Link, Linksys, Netcomm and Netgear products must have a Case ID or RMA number from the manufacturer before we can approve a return. All D-Link products must go directly back to D-Link unless DOA (Dead on Arrival, which is defined as faulty in under 7 days). D-Link DOAs coming back to us must be accompanied by D-Link's DOA form.
Other brands will not need a case ID No but please ensure you have contacted us or the manufacturer for fault diagnosis prior to completing this form.

Explain in as much detail as possible. "Not working" etc will not be accepted.
